I hear Mexico is on your bucket list and you're planning a trip. Mexico is one of those destinations that you must go to and there is many places in Mexico that you must visit when going. I myself have been to Cancun and Los Cabos, and if you're planning on a trip there those are two of the places I would definitely start with. Most people go to Mexico for the sand, beaches and to turn up! When you go to Mexico you gotta know you're gonna have a time, they definitely know how to turn up, you won't be disappointed.

I'm here to share with you facts about Mexico that is going to lead into Ultimate Guides for Cancun and Los Cabos that will also supply you with a 7 day Itinerary based on my experience going to both places. I hope you enjoy!

  • The current currency for Mexico is the Peso
  • The country's official name is Estados Unidos Mexicanos  or United Mexican States.
  • It is one of the most populated Spanish speaking nations in the world but it does have 69 official languages
  • Mexico has different national symbols:
    • Dahlias are the national flower
    • The golden Eagle is the national animal
    • The jaguar is the national mammal
    • The grasshopper is the national arthropod
  • Chihuahua is the largest state in the country in terms of size

Bucket List Destinations in Mexico

  1. Riviera Maya:
    1. Riveria is beautiful it is home to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum.
  2. Tulum:
    1. Tulum has to be my favorite and I have never been there personally, just from pictures, videos and feedback from friends they talk about the amazing beaches, boutiques and the atmosphere itself. It's definitely on my bucket list.
  3. Los Cabos:
    1. Cabo is definitely a popular tourist spot and gives off spring break vibes all the time and even good for family vacations, same as Cancun.
  4. Puerto Vallarta:
    1. Puerto Vallarta is a resort town and known for it's beaches and nightlife scene. From Puerto Vallarta you can visit Hidden Beach.
  5. Cancun:
    1. Cancun is another popular tourist spot and another one of my favorites. I've been several times and it always gives me a good vibe. Cancun is known for its perfect weather, white sand beaches and nightlife.

Mexico is ginormous and even though when I went I did explore a lot with my itinerary I created there is also a lot I didn't get to see, but I balanced out everything and made it work with the many things that I wanted to see most important to least and so with that being said I have created two ultimate guides with itineraries that are listed below for you to take a look at and it will help you choose your next location.
